Kindal Marshall is the owner of Restore 1 Energy. As a Certified Master Hypnotherapist, a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, an Accredited Kinetic Chain Release Practitioner, a Certified Yoga Instructor and an Approved Practitioner of Arvigo Therapy® , she integrates a unique variety of modalities in order to assist healing.
Kindal discovered the wonderful benefits of yoga in 2002 attending a gentle yoga class. This was a pivotal step and the beginning of a major life transformation. Motivated to share her growing love for yoga with others and to expand her own practice, Kindal attended Sea Side Yoga, becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2006 through Yoga Alliance, under the tutelage of Ashley Ludman and Lila Brown. Studying Anusara Yoga and the principles of body alignment, Kindal became even more fascinated with the musculo/skeletal system as well as the the emotional and spiritual effects which manifest in the physical body. This lead her to attend Miller Motte College, obtaining her massage therapy license in 2009.
Kindal was introduced to Thai Bodywork by Deon de Wet founder of Deon’s Thai School in 2009 and continued training with Robert Wootton, PhD, LMBT in 2010. Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a lymphatic wellness program, influenced by The Vodder School was studied under Juul Bruin, PhD. of Holistic Massage Education.
Kindal next explored the world of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression receiving a 200 hr certification through the International Association of Therapists and Councilors (IACT) in 2013. She received further hypnotherapy instruction through The Newton Institute in order to become a Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy Practitioner in 2014.
While traveling in Scotland, Kindal was introduced to Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) developed by Hugh Gilbert, Physical Therapist, Author and Lecturer. Kindal decided to become an Accredited KCR Practitioner in 2014, bringing this innovative therapy to her current practice.
Kindal has also obtained a 135 hr certification for Advanced Myofacial body reading through Body Therapy Institute in 2016 based on Thomas Myers’ model, as described in his book, Anatomy Trains: Myofascial Meridians for Manual and Movement Therapists. The Spirit of Learning and Somatic Educational Leadership through Body Therapy Institute both delve into the areas of the ‘self’ which are underdeveloped. These programs nurture maturity and increase awareness of the somatic body and how we relate with others.
Of all the bodywork Kindal has explored, nothing has focused on abdominal care quite like Arvigo Therapy®. Feeling that it is an important aspect of over-all health, she studied with the Arvigo Institute becoming a professional care provider in 2017 and is looking forward to more training in the future.
At the present, Kindal now is participating in a three year apprenticeship whose focus is healing wounded soul aspects and genetic and ancestral patterns.
It is the mission of Restore 1 Energy to educate and inspire others for improved well-being and health through personal awareness and to encourage spiritual growth in others.
Our vision is a world in which deep connections are made so that all people experience greater love and belonging.
